Which WhatsApp integration is right for you?

In Invitio you can send via WhatsApp in two ways. This guide helps you choose the one that best fits your event, without technical jargon.

Previously only WhatsApp Personal was available (free with your personal number). The Meta integration is the official WhatsApp Business option: more stable, with a per-message cost according to Meta's rates.

When to use each one

Choose WhatsApp Personal for a small event, few messages, and if you want to start without setting up Meta or adding a payment method on Facebook.

Choose Meta if you're a planner or organize several events, send to many guests, or need a business-ready connection with official templates.

With WhatsApp Personal you use your personal number. WhatsApp may limit bulk sending even if Invitio automates the process. With Meta you use WhatsApp Business and follow the official platform rules.
