How your guests share photos
Your guests don't need to install anything or create an account. By simply scanning the QR code or opening the link, they can upload their photos and browse the event memories.
Step 1: Scan the QR code or open the link
Share the QR code or album link with your guests — on tables, in the digital invitation, or however you prefer. When they scan it or open it, the album loads on their phone with no extra steps.
Step 2: Enter their name
When they arrive, the guest will see a small modal where they can enter the name that will appear on their uploads in the gallery. This helps identify who shared each memory.
If they prefer to browse the album without uploading anything, they can choose to view the gallery directly from that same modal.
Step 3: Upload photos and videos
Once inside, the guest can upload photos and videos from their gallery or capture them on the spot with the camera. The process is quick and works from any phone with a browser.
If you configured upload limits from the panel, the album will apply them automatically — the guest will see how much they have left.
Browse the gallery
In addition to uploading their own memories, the guest can explore everything others have shared. They can view all photos and videos from the event or filter to see only their own to find them quickly.
