Manage the Digital Album from the panel

From your event panel you have full control of the album: review what has been uploaded, adjust settings, and get the QR code to share with your guests.

How to access the Digital Album

You can open the Digital Album in two ways: from the event options sidebar, or from the main panel the same way you access Guests or Tables.

Once inside, you'll see three tabs: Gallery, Settings, and Share.

Gallery

In the Gallery tab you'll find all the photos and videos your guests have uploaded, along with a summary of how many files have been shared so far.

You can delete memories one by one or select several to remove in a single step. Keep in mind this action cannot be undone.

Files deleted from the gallery cannot be recovered. Review carefully before confirming any deletion.

Settings

From the Settings tab you can customize upload rules for your guests.

You can set the maximum number of photos per guest, the maximum number of videos, and the maximum duration of each video. If you prefer not to restrict uploads, you can also turn off limits entirely.

Upload limit settings are only available with the Premium Digital Album. With the free version, the general event limits apply: 5 photos and 5 minutes of video in total.

Share

In the Share tab you'll find the QR code and direct link to your event's album. Both take your guests to the same place — use whichever is more practical for you.

The QR code can be downloaded ready to print and place on tables, at the event entrance, or wherever you prefer. It doesn't require a special connection or additional setup.

Download the full album

When you're ready to save all the memories, you can export the full album as a ZIP file from the panel. Invitio will email you when the file is ready to download.

You have up to 12 months after the event to download it, so there's no rush.
