How to send invitations automatically
From Invitio you can send your invitation directly via WhatsApp to all your guests in a few steps. Here we walk you through the full process.
Step 1 — Choose the template
Go to Send invitations from the side menu. In the first step you'll see the connected WhatsApp line and available templates.
Select the template you want to use. Only Meta-approved templates will appear — if you don't see any, check your template status in the WhatsApp Integration section.
You can preview the message by clicking the eye icon next to the template name. When you're ready, click Next.

Step 2 — Select guests
In the second step you'll see your guest list with their name, phone number, whether the message was already sent, whether they viewed the invitation, and their confirmation status.
Select who you want to send the invitation to. You can pick them one by one or use filters to select by status (confirmed, pending, etc.).
The counter at the top shows how many guests you've selected. When you're done, click Next.

Step 3 — Review and confirm the send
In the summary you'll see the selected template, the WhatsApp line that will be used, and how many guests will receive the message.
If everything looks good, click Send invitations. Messages will be queued with Meta and start sending right away.

Test message
Before confirming the bulk send, you can click Send a test message. Pick a guest from your list and they'll receive the message so you can verify everything looks correct.
The test is sent to one guest at a time and doesn't count as a final send.

What happens after sending?
You'll see a progress indicator with real-time send status. The page updates on its own — you don't need to reload it.
When it's done, a green confirmation will show how many messages were sent successfully and when the send finished.
If a guest didn't receive the message, check that your payment method in Meta is set up correctly.
