Public RSVP: guests register on their own
With public RSVP, you share a single link and each guest enters their own name when confirming. You don't need to create a guest list beforehand — ideal for more open events.
How does it work?
The guest opens the invitation link, enters their name, number of adults, children, and optionally their phone number, clicks confirm, and they're registered on your list.
You'll see each confirmation in real time from your guest dashboard. If you use the mobile app, you'll receive a notification.
When is it a good fit?
It's ideal when you don't have a closed guest list, when the event is more informal, or when you want to simplify the process without adding each person manually.
It also works well if you share the invitation on social media or WhatsApp groups where you don't know exactly who will see the link.
Where can I enable this option?
In the Guest list section, in the top right corner, you'll find the Public attendance confirmation switch — make sure it's turned on. On mobile devices, you'll find the switch at the bottom of the screen when you tap the + button.
