Private RSVP: you control the guest list
With private RSVP, you add each guest with their name and number of passes before sending. The guest opens their personalized link and only confirms — without typing anything.
How does it work step by step?
1. Go to the Guests section in your event dashboard or from the side menu.
2. Add each guest with their name and number of passes (adults and/or children).
3. From there, copy each guest's personalized link or send it directly via WhatsApp.
4. When your guest opens the link, they'll see their name already on the invitation and only need to confirm with one click.
What does the guest see?
The guest opens their link and sees the invitation with their name. In the confirmation section, they only need to indicate whether they're attending or not, plus a button to confirm for fewer guests.
They can't change their name or add more passes than you assigned.
The guest can change their choice — if they already confirmed, they can cancel their attendance and vice versa.
Where can I enable this option?
In the Guest list section, in the top right corner, you'll find the Public attendance confirmation switch — make sure it's turned off. On mobile devices, you'll find the switch at the bottom of the screen when you tap the + button.
