Event planner: full team on a client's event
You created the event and you're the Owner.
Your lead assistant: Administrator (can invite vendors and manage the team).
Junior assistant: Editor with Guests, Tables, Floor Plan, and Agenda enabled.
Client (couple or XV Años family): Reader with Invitation and Guests on View only. They follow progress without changing anything.
Vendors: Editor with only the sections they need.
Florist: Floor Plan (View).
Caterer: Guests (View) + Tables (View).
Venue: Floor Plan (View + Edit).
Keep Budget visible only to you and your lead assistant. Disable it for everyone else, including the client, if finances are internal.
Couple or family: sharing with your wedding planner
Role: Administrator (if they co-organize and need to invite vendors) or Editor (if you manage the team yourself).
Enable: Invitation, Guests, Tables, Floor Plan, Agenda, Digital Album, Guest Book, WhatsApp.
Disable: Budget (if finances are private), Event Configuration (if you prefer to manage RSVP settings yourself).
Tip: If the planner doesn't need to invite others, Editor is safer — they can't add collaborators unless you grant it.
Vendor who only manages seating
Role: Editor.
Enable: Tables (View, Create, Edit, Delete) and Floor Plan (View + Edit).
Disable: Everything else — especially Budget, Guests (if guest data is sensitive), and Collaborators.
They'll only see Tables and Floor Plan in their menu.
Family member who tracks RSVPs
Role: Editor.
Enable: Guests (View, Create, Edit — Delete optional) and Invitation (View only).
Disable: Budget, Floor Plan, WhatsApp, Collaborators.
They can check confirmations and add guests, but won't touch the design or sensitive areas.
Planner: same assistant, different events
Your assistant helps on all your events but with different responsibilities. On a large wedding: Administrator. On a smaller quinceañera where you handle most of it: Editor with Guests and Agenda only. On an event where they're training: Reader with View on Invitation and Guests.
Granular permissions let you scale access per event without changing their role across your whole portfolio.
