What is the Digital Album?
The Digital Album is a space where your guests share their photos and videos from the event with you. No apps, no accounts — just scan a QR code and you're set.
How it works
When you create your event in Invitio, the Digital Album is available automatically. You share a QR code or link with your guests — on tables, in the digital invitation, or however you prefer — and they can upload their photos and videos directly from their phone.
From your event panel you can see everything that has been uploaded, manage the content, and download the full album whenever you want.
Free version
Every event includes the Digital Album at no cost, with a limit of 5 photos and 5 minutes of video in total. It's ideal for trying the feature before the event or for smaller gatherings where you don't expect many uploads.
Premium Digital Album
If you want to receive all the memories without worrying about limits, you can activate the full Digital Album with a one-time payment per event. This includes unlimited photos, up to 2 hours of video in total, and per-guest upload limits you can configure.
Memories are kept for 12 months after the event, so you have plenty of time to download them at your own pace.

How to get it
You can activate the paid Digital Album in two ways: buy it separately with a one-time payment of $36 USD per event, or include it in the bundle with your Premium Invitation for $60 USD, which combines both features at a better price.
