Invitio Refund Policy

1. Refunds for Platform Failures:

1.1. Invitio commits to refunding the full transaction amount in case of a technical or platform failure that affected the user experience in generating digital invitations, provided there is verifiable evidence of the failure.

1.2. To request a refund for technical issues, the user must contact our customer service within 7 business days of the transaction, providing details about the nature of the problem.

1.3. The refund will be processed within 3 business days after verification of the technical issue.

2. Refunds for Customer Dissatisfaction:

2.1. Invitio acknowledges that customer preferences may vary, and in cases of dissatisfaction with the service, a partial or full refund will be offered at Invitio's discretion.

2.2. Customers wishing to request a refund for dissatisfaction must complete a satisfaction survey provided by Invitio. The survey can be accessed by entering Invitio Satisfaction Survey.

2.3. Invitio reserves the right to review each case individually and determine whether a full or partial refund is appropriate. This review will be carried out within 3 business days.

3. General Conditions:

3.1. Invitio reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately after being published on Invitio's website.

3.2. Invitio will not process refunds after 7 business days from the transaction date, unless due to a platform failure.

3.3. Invitio is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by users when generating digital invitations.

3.4. Invitio will not refund taxes applied by the user's country of residence, as these funds are not controlled by Invitio and have never been handled by Invitio. Only the transaction amount will be refunded without taxes.
