Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the digital invitations platform "Invitio" and the website https://invitio.events (hereinafter, "Platform"). By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms set forth below, please do not use the Platform.

1. Use of the Platform

a. Registration: To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register and create an account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and keep your account information secure.

b. Access and License: Invitio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform and its content, including but not limited to designs, logos, text, graphics, images, videos, information, applications, software, and other files, are owned by Invitio or third parties who have granted Invitio the corresponding rights.

3. Privacy

Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you agree to our privacy practices set forth in the Privacy Policy.

4. Liability and Limitation of Liability

a. Accuracy of Information: Invitio strives to provide accurate information on the Platform. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information and will not be liable for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of relying on such information.

b. Interruptions and Errors: Invitio does not guarantee that the Platform will be free of interruptions, errors, viruses, or any other harmful components. We will not be liable for any damage or loss you may suffer due to such interruptions or errors.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invitio and its directors, employees, partners, and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

6. Modifications

Invitio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the modified Terms on the Platform. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of any modifications.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico.

8. Use of automatic message sending via Whatsapp

Invitio is not responsible for the numbers reported by users as spam, since these numbers are not controlled by Invitio and have never been handled by Invitio. Invitio is only the platform responsible for automating the sending of messages but is not responsible for the numbers that users send. The user is solely responsible for the messages they send through our platform.
