Do you have any questions?
What is the Digital Album?
It is a space in your event where guests upload photos and videos. You review, manage, and download them from the panel. No apps or accounts for guests—just a QR code or link.
How do guests upload photos and videos?
Share the Digital Album QR code or link. When they open it, they land on a page where they can upload event memories from their phone.
Is the Album included with my event?
Yes. Every event includes a basic Digital Album (up to 5 photos and 5 minutes of video). You can unlock the full Album with a one-time payment when you need more capacity.
How much does the Digital Album cost?
The full Digital Album is a one-time payment of $36 USD per event. You can also get it bundled with Premium Invitation for $60 USD, which is better than buying them separately.
Can I buy only the Album or only the Invitation?
Yes. Premium Invitation and Digital Album are sibling services under your Event—you can buy them separately or together as a bundle.
What does the paid Digital Album include?
Unlimited photos, up to 2 hours of video total, QR code, per-guest limits, a gallery to manage memories, and full ZIP download. Files are kept for 12 months after the event.
Where do I manage the Digital Album?
In your event panel, open the Digital Album section. There you will find the gallery, stats, settings, share QR, and export.
Can I download all photos and videos?
Yes. From the panel you can export everything as a ZIP. We email you when it is ready. You have up to 12 months after the event to download it.
Can I delete photos or videos?
Yes. In the panel gallery you can delete memories one by one or in bulk. This action cannot be undone.
